CA Pradeep Pal, Founder of PSAC, is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with over 25 years of experience in the profession. He holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Management.

Having previously worked with a German Multinational for almost 15 years, he has held various key positions - Chief Financial Controller (Indian Operations) and CFO (Indian Operations) and Chief Executive Officer of a Business Unit. He has also served on the Board of Directors of two Indian subsidiaries of the German Group. .

He has extensive knowledge of Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategic & Tactical Financial Management, Corporate Governance, Ind AS, IFRS as well as Commercial and Labour Laws. He has worked to create a high-performance environment with a highly visible leadership commitment to quality in all verticals. He is visionary and far-sighted professional having pitched his sight on steering this firm to pinnacle of glory by providing end-to-end solution.

He has held various positions within ICAI at both Branch as well as Central Level. He has served as the Chairperson of ICAI Bhilai Branch (CIRC) for the term 2022-23. He was also the Secretary of ICAI Bhilai Branch (CIRC) for the term 2004-05. He was the Member of Financial Reporting and Review Board (FRRB) of ICAI for the term 2017-18 and has been Special Invitee to Ethical Standards Board of ICAI for the term 2019-20.

CA Ajay Somani, Founder of PSAC, is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2003. He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of India (ICMAI).

He holds several Post-Qualification Certifications from ICAI including Certificate Course on Cooperatives, Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks and Certificate Course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection.

With over 2 decades of diverse experience, CA Ajay Somani specializes in Audit & Assurance, Project Finance & Investment Advisory, Startup Mentoring, Direct Tax matters and Tax Due Diligence. He also represents clients for various Income Tax matters upto Commissioner (Appeals).

He has held various positions with ICAI at the Branch Level. He served as the Secretary of ICAI Bhilai Branch (CIRC) for the term 2016-17 and as Vice Chairman for the term 2018-19.

CA Sanjeev Agarwal is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with 40+ years of professional experience in Finance & Accounts, Taxation, Corporate Laws, and Strategic Financial Consulting. For over 30 years, he has been Financial Controller at the BEEKAY Group, leading financial management and driving large-scale strategic and contractual initiatives. BOT/BOO models, and major contracts.

His core competencies extend to the development of Business and Financial Models for BOT (Build-Order-Transfer) and BOO (Build-Own-Operate) contracts, and the drafting and vetting of critical legal and commercial agreements, including Concession Agreements, EPC Contracts, Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs), Joint Venture agreements, Consortium agreements with foreign collaborators, and Shareholders agreements. He has successfully handled regulatory and tax compliance for foreign JV partners under the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA).

Mr. Vikram Limsay is a respected thought leader in matters of corporate and business strategy and works at the intersection of business policy and public policy. He is reputed for his knowledge of strategic width and functional depth across sectors and businesses and has a firm grasp on policy direction, geo-politics and geo-economics which allows him to offer implemental and future-proofed advisory. He is reputed for his unique and lateral perspectives on matters of economy - policy and business.

Over three decades in the industry, he began his early career with the prestigious Tata Administrative Service (TAS) where he managed a variety of strategic and operational responsibillties across Tata Group such as Tata Industries, Indian Hotels, Tata Motors, Tata Donnelly, etc.

Mr. Vikram Limsay transitioned as an entrepreneur, investor and strategist shaping the direction of Helicon Consulting into the premier management consulting firm that it is today. He routinely delivers strategy lectures at business seminars, is a routinely published policy and business columnist in national media. CA Mitesh Jain is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). With over 12 years of professional experience, he has developed good expertise in Accounting, Tax Due Diligence and Bank Audits.

His strong technical background is complemented by practical proficiency in leading ERP systems such as SAP Busines One, SAP R/3, IFS and Tally, enabling him to provide valuable advisory on ERP-integrated accounting processes and systems-based audit procedures.

CA Mohit Kabra is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), with over 10 years of professional experience.

He has practical exposure in different ERP solutions and has been involved in successful implementation and monitoring of various modules of SAP Business One and SAP S/4 HANA at various heavy engineering industrial clients.

Over the years, CA Mohit Kabra has developed experience in the field of Commercial Finance, Contract Management, Cost Budgeting and Working Capital Management. He has also been involved in MIS Development and Reporting for various clients.

CA Manish Dubey is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has been in active professional practice since 2008. With over 16 years of diverse professional experience, he has developed significant expertise in the areas of Financial and Accounting (F&A) Management, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Statutory and Concurrent Bank Audits.
